First project I worked on independently.
An Italian restaurant manager wanted to translate an Italian concept of bar&restaurant in the Dutch environment.

Easier said than done. I made a survey of the location and developed a refurbishment design for the location base on the format provided by the Italian suppliers. In addition I advised my client on furniture and finishing choices.
We learned together the procedures needed to obtain the permits (for the renovation project and the outdoor terrace) and I produced the necessary drawings for our case.
I assisted in the selection of a contractor and critically analyzed their quotes.

Last but not least, I assisted the supervision of the realizations.
